    Bartender Job Responsibilities:

    • Serves customer with food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner.

    • Provides information to help food and beverage selections.

    • Presents ordered choices in a prompt and efficient manner.

    • Maintains dining ambiance with an enthusiastic attitude.

    • Prepares room for dining by setting tables.

    • Protects establishment and customers by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.

    • Helps customers select food and beverages by suggesting courses, explaining the chef’s specialties, identifying appropriate beverage pairings, and answering food preparation questions.

    • Transmits orders to bar and/or kitchen by recording customers choices and identifying customers special dietary needs and/or special requests.

    • Keeps kitchen staff informed by noting timing of meal progression.

    • Serves orders by picking up and delivering customers choices from bar and/or kitchen and delivering accompaniments and condiments from service stations.

    • Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, and being alert to patron spills or other special needs.

  • Our ideal candidate will be able to accurately and efficiently cook meats, fish, vegetables, from a multitude of cultural backgrounds as well as assist in the preparation of food products prior to cooking. Also perform other duties in the maintenance of the restaurant as well as final plate preparation. Maintain a clean work area while always following food safety guidelines.     Line Cook Job Responsibilities:

    • Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment according to restaurant standardized recipes.

    • Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served.

    • Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.

    • Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period.

    • Portions food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications.

    • Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, sauté’ burners, convection ovens, flat top range and refrigeration equipment and chicken warmer.

    • Prepares item for broiling, grilling, frying, sautéing or other cooking methods by portioning battering, breading, seasoning and/or marinating.

    • Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.

    • Handles, stores and rotates all products properly.

    • Assists with food prep assignments during off-peak periods, as needed.

    • Open and Close the kitchen properly; following the open/closing checklist for kitchen stations each shift.

    Performs other related duties as assigned by Management.

    • Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash.

  • Our ideal candidate will be an essential back of the house team member, working as a dishwasher, constantly deep cleaning, unloading inventory and along with other miscellaneous duties. Utility workers are also required to gain an extensive knowledge of the proper use and cleaning techniques for kitchen equipment.     Utility Job Responsibilities:

    • Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized.

    • Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.

    • Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift.

    • Properly washes, stacks, and stores glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.

    • Changes water of machines and sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business levels, and properly uses chemical dilutions set by EcoLab.

    • Assists in the timely storing of food deliveries.

    • Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift.

    • Maintains the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves.

    • Follows the posted daily dish cleaning duties.

    • Assists in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the Chef, as needed.
